Characters:

1. Diba: A girl, age 17. Student in one of senior high school di Jakarta. She is short, thin, doesn’t like make up, tomboyish, standard face. She is weak in many lessons so her marks often bad. She is not rich. She is short-tempered but kind and very generous, like helping people in need. She likes to talk all time and a little bit careless. The only one human being that she hates the most in her school is Shaheer.

2. Shaheer: A boy, age 17. Diba’s classmate. Handsome boy and a famous teenage TV actor in Indonesia. Clever and always get the highest rank in class. He is arrogant and often show his popularity off to people, especially to Diba. He is a rich boy and often show his luxurious car off to Diba. Diba hates him so much but he likes and falls in love with her silently. He likes to mock Diba and always wants to get closer to her.

ONE morning, Diba goes to school . Her face is still swollen because  lack of sleep . Today she has an examination and the night before she stayed up late to study. She has a dreamy expression on her face and whacky.

Ira : Diba ! Hey ! Wake up ... are you sleep walking? You walk so really stagger like a drunken man?

Diba: .... ??

Ira : Diba ! (while waving hands in front of Diba’s face. Diba still does not care). OMG, i think you are already old. (Ira passes away and does not care anymore about Diba).

Diba continues walking to class. Still with no sense of the expression. Shaheer sees her and looks at her sarcastically.

Shaheer : I know for sure by seeing your face, you stayed up late last night, right? It is useless for you to stay up late, your mark will be still the worst. The best would still be mine.

Diba (looked annoyed to Shaheer ) : You are so arrogant ! Yeah, I stayed up late yester night. I am so desperate in Mathematics and I hope i’ll make it today. So what? Not allowed??

Shaheer (smiling, insult) : I’ve told you but you don’t believe me....

School bell rang. Their teacher came in and the test began. Diba already nervous because this lesson is the most difficult for her.

Shaheer : Ssttt ... you nervous, right? It is me who will get the highest mark. Me, the top teen soap opera actor today.

Diba ( annoyed glance to Shaheer , whispering ) : Shut up!

The next day , Math test scores were announced. And the result , the worst is Diba’s, the best is Shaheer’s.

Shaheer : I’ve told you, right ? It’s me ... .

Diba : What?? Do you wanna say you are the most famous teen TV actor now ?? It is nothing to do with your score ( continued looked away , annoyed , cranky).

School bell rang. Now it's time for Bahasa Indonesia lesson. Their teacher gave the task in group and the worst news was , Shaheer and Diba were put in one group and it was the only two of them .

Irma : Ciye ciyeeeee ... Diba and Shaheer in one group? Last time, you did the Chemistry assignment together as a group, then you worked together in Social assignment. Now in Bahasa Indonesia assignment.

Diba ( with angry face ) : I don’t know why that happened, I feel so upset. Why does Miss Sari put me together with that famous and pretentious snobs actor?!

Irma ( teasing ) : Ciye ciyeeeee ... Diba , Shaheer ....

Diba (still upset): Oh come on, Irma. What the hell on you?

That afternoon , Shaheer and Diba make appoinment to meet at Shaheer’s house to work on Bahasa Indonesia task. They work on the problems together. Since the beginning, Diba is busy flipping the Indonesian dictionary. Shaheer wonders what is she doing.

Shaheer : Why are you open the dictionary oftenly?

Diba : It's okay anyway, just want to do it. So what? Not allowed?

Shaheer : It’s strange. The questions are really easy anyway , but why open the dictionary? Or, let me guest, you do not understand Bahasa Indonesia, do you?

Diba (slightly pedantic): Are you making fun of me?! Even i am not very good at many lessons, my Bahasa Indonesia is not so bad.

Shaheer (peering curiously into Diba) : Really? I doubt it.

Diba ignores Shaheer. She keep busy opening the dictionary. She takes a very long time doing that until Shaheer surprised to see it. Shaheer accidentally sees a circled word by Diba in her Bahasa Indonesia text book and he immediately laughed out loud.

Shaheer : Let me guest, you do not understand this word that is why you open the dictionary?? Hello, where do you come from? Not Indonesian? Did you pass your Bahasa Indonesia examination when you were in elementary school?

Diba : .. ... (silence , annoyed and embarrassed)

Shaheer (staring at Diba with mocking , laughing loudly): You really don’t know the meaning of maksud (meaning)? Seriously ??

Diba : ... (still silent)

Shaheer : Hahahahaa ... .Tell me, what is your Bahasa Indonesia score usually?

Diba (more furious and angry) : Zero. Satisfy??

Shaheer ( more laughing ) : Hahahahahaaaaa ... you proper for that.

Diba (getting annoyed ) : Have you already done laughing at me? Satisfy? By the way , what do you mean by proper??

Shaheer : Hey, you said mean (maksud). It means you understand the meaning of maksud (mean)?

Diba (still annoyed) : Yes, now I understand it after I look at it in the dictionary. Satisfy ??

Shaheer : hahahaaa ... .you really a chicken brain!

Diba : Aaaaarrrrggghhhh !! What is wrong with me I always put together in one group with you?? Anywhere, anytime you stand near me I always have a bad luck!

Shaheer : ... . (just opened his mouth to speak, but have not had time to talk)

Diba : I know what you wanna say. I am a famous celebrity, my drama is boomed everywhere. You definitely want to say so, right ?? You really a smart ass, you know that?? I hate you!

They were done that day. Diba went home, upset and embarrassed. He discovered that her Bahasa Indonesia’s scores are worst. She was to think what kind of sin she got till she always be met by God with Shaheer. The most arrogant guy, always feel that he is the most handsome dude, pretentious artist, self confident and he thinks he is the most well-know celebrity ever.

Shaheer : ... (blank )

A few moments later he realized Diba accidentally left her purse at Shaheer’s. However, Diba was already gone. The next day, after school Shaheer directly to the shooting location and he just remembered Diba’s purse was still with him. He called Diba in order to pick it up on the set. Finally, Diba left to the Shaheer’s set, when he was still reluctant to meet the guy after what happened yesterday.

Diba (with a lazy flick to meet Shaheer, appeaared suddenly) : My purse, hurry!

Shaheer ( shocked ) : Oh my God! you make me shocked. No saying greetings at all?

Diba : No use to say greeting to you. Quick! I am not in my good mood to meet you. By the way, how can my purse left in your house? Hurry, where is it?

Shaheer : It is in my bag in my car. I have to make up now, I’ll take it after that. Just wait,OK?.

Diba (getting annoyed) : How long? I want to go home soon.

The worst thing is, the scene was even briefly turned out to be repeated several times because Shaheer accidentally forgot his lines. Actually, he just wanted to work on Diba. Finally, the filming of this scene taken from noon until night.  Diba also oftenly chewed by the director. And this made Diba annoyed the hell out successfully.

Filming done, almost midnight.

Shaheer ( with a satisfied face successfully work on Diba ) : This is your purse.

Diba (with annoyed face , quickly grabbed her purse) : I know you accidentally forgot your lines, right? You would work on me right?? Let see tomorrow, you just wait for my vengeance.

The drama then aired on TV shortly. Many viewers love the scene, Shaheer chased by a madgirl because it was really looked natural. Many of them argue, it appears there is a closeness between them. Because of this , many viewers began seeking information about the cast of the madgirl. Finally they know that her name is Diba and she is Shaheer’s classmate. Diba instantly famous and her name adorn the columns of the comments in Shaheer’s social media pages and news in print and online.

The commentators even match them, there are also that hate them but some are neutral. Those who match them even made various names of fanatic club of Shaheer and Diba, such as Shadi (Shaheer Diba) FC,​​ Disha (Diba Shaheer), Shaba (Shaheer Diba), and so on . There are also a disrespectful comments even tend to care of Shaheer and Diba’s personal affairs. Diba often chafe reading irrelevant comments and cheeky of them. But she could not do much for their protest.

The next day, school bell rang. Heavy rain and thunder boomed loud once. Diba forced to endure first in school waiting for the rain to stop. Rain is so long, makes Diba really upset.

Shaheer : Waiting for the rain to stop, ya? You better go home with me, with my car.

Shaheer suddenly appeared in front her while carrying his favorite luxury car key. Diba directly added more upset.

Diba : I know ... you wanna show me off your luxury car, won’t you?? I know I was poor, not like you. Do not be so ostentatious!

Shaheer : The rain is getting longer know. You sure you do not want to join me?

Diba definitely nod.

Very heavy rain. Lightning still jarring. Shaheer driven car at high speed . Unexpectedly , he just crashed into a passenger in a rickshaw in the road. Passengers were a pregnant woman and a man. Unfortunately, the pregnant women was about to give birth and was heading to the maternity hospital.

Shaheer and Diba really panicked. The victims were really badly hurt. Finally, the victim was taken to hospital by them. They were waiting the victims anxiously. Moreover, the pregnant lady so severe bleeding and a man who turns out to be her husband had had fainted , while the ricksaw man only had little injuries. Diba choose a break in the cafeteria while Shaheer paced anxiously in front of the delivery room , waiting on the pregnant lady who was struggling to give birth.

Soon, doctor announce the new baby born, a boy, and the mother were survived. Shaheer immediately call Diba.

Shaheer : Come here fast! The baby has already born.

Diba (rushed to the delivery room) : The mother ??

Shaheer : She is fine.

Diba ( relieved ) : Alhamdulillah . I'm excited , my heart really wanna pop up.

Shaheer (happy also) : Me, too. I heard the baby crying really loud.

Diba ( with a happy face ) : Yeaaahh.

Shortly , the nurse came out while carrying the baby. Happy, Shaheer and Diba ask permission to hold the baby. The baby looks cute and calm. They were so happy because of the baby and his mother survived, they both then danced like a little kid, holding the baby in front of the delivery room. They were jumping and dancing, seemed elated.

All things related to the hospital that day was done. The father of the baby was already awake and thankfully no broken bones, only wounded. Shaheer and Diba went home with a feeling of relief. Along the way , they become more cheerful and familiar, as if there was no animosity between them. Diba suddenly felt surprised by their sudden familiarity.

Diba : Why are we so really familiar like this, anyway? I still feel annoyed very much to you.

Shaheer (with a cool face) : I don’t know, I also wonder. I thought it was you who really so happy always stay near me. I'm a famous celebrity, so.... .

Diba (start annoyed again with Shaheer ) : Oh my god! You start it again! You really a smart ass!

Diba turned away, disgusted to Shaheer’s behavior that start again to feel he is the most famous celebrity in this world. While Shaheer just even smile.

The next day was Sunday. School was off and Diba was happy she could wake up late after a long day yesterday she was ​​annoyed by Shaheer. She was stretching, she suddenly awakened by her younger brother, Adi.

Adi : Sister, Sister ! Fast wake up ! You are on TV.

Diba (still sleepy) : What’s up??

Adi : Hurry watch TV! There is you on TV .
